Why Can I not Download the Product?
Your problem though, is that you are not getting your download, and have recieved a message similar to the one below:

You should have a link in this email to download your goods.
However, if the system is still processing the order, it may not clear for at least 10, 15 minutes or even an hour.  

Why The Delay?
If we lived in a world of honest people, I could just supply a simple link, but we do not.  We live in a world of thieves and so we have a digital vault designed to secure the information that we sell on this web page.

What you are running into is a passage problem into the vault.

There are a couple of reasons why your order is not going through:

1.) The Link is stuck in some spam filter on your email server. (Check your spam filters!)

2.) The order is still being processed and has not gotten through yet

3.) The number of days for downloading has expired. (You have one week from date of purchase, 7 days)

4.) You have have exceeded the number of downloads allowed. (Typically 4 or 5 tries)

In any case, if you are having trouble, be sure to go to our contact page and let us know your problem.  We monitor our web page all the time.  You should get an answer with in 6 to 12 hours, if not sooner.
